We are looking for someone with a positive and tenacious personality to work closely with our VP Project Development, coordinating the development of projects across multiple regions. You will contribute to developing and implementing standard operational practices, procedures, and models, ensure efficient communication, identify efficiencies, and provide backup support to the VP Project Development as required.

**Your main responsibilities include - but are not limited to - the following**:

- Working closely with the VP Project Development and providing backup support as required
- Contributing to developing and implementing standard operational practices, procedures, and models to strengthen the efficiency of our development process.
- Supporting efficient communication, sharing of best practices and lessons learned between development projects across multiple regions and continents
- Coordinating and consolidating data and information across the portfolio of projects to compile project dashboards for various purposes across multiple levels of the internal governance structure
- Supporting public engagements with government or other external stakeholders
- Collaborating with different teams to ensure technical, legal, financial, and commercial requirements are met
- Managing administrative tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Liaising with teams, including external consultants and service providers, to ensure project progress, deliverables, and timelines meet the desired quality.
- Supporting and coordinating the maintenance of project data rooms and project information memoranda
- Mentoring, coaching, and information sharing with fellow CWP team members and in-country project team members.

**Who you are**:

- Technical background in engineering, with a preference for chemical or electrical fields
- Proven project management experience, with, at a minimum, proven expertise in managing the whole life cycle of complex infrastructure projects from concept to operational phases
- Availability and flexibility to travel
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of French and Spanish will be an advantage.
- Able to work and operate in a non-structured environment
- Able to adapt and learn fast
- Able to work autonomously and self-regulate outputs and deliverables
- International project experience will be an advantage

**Place of employment**:

- Remote.

Relocation to Las Palmas or some Northern Hemisphere counties in the +/- 2h CET timezone is possible upon discussion.
