Jahia Solutions, 1er dans les solutions CMS et DXP pour les grandes entreprises, recherche un Growth Marketer en CDI à Lyon.

En lien avec le SEO Manager, le Content Manager et le Graphiste, et sous la supervision du Marketing Manager, vous contribuez activement aux campagnes d’acquisition et d’optimisation des conversions.

**Missions**:

- **Optimisation des conversions (CRO)** : Conduire des tests A/B et analyser les résultats pour proposer des optimisations visant à maximiser les conversions et le ROI des campagnes
- **Suivi et reporting des performances** : Analyser les KPI et le ROI des campagnes et actions marketing, et fournir des rapports réguliers au Marketing Manager pour ajuster la stratégie
- **Collaboration avec l’équipe créative** : Travailler étroitement avec le Content Manager et le Graphiste pour créer des visuels et contenus adaptés aux campagnes
- **Veille et innovation** : Assurer une veille sur les pratiques des concurrents et les tendances du marketing digital pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance

**Profil recherché**:

- 2 à 3 ans minimum en tant que Growth Marketer, Traffic Manager, ou dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur B2B, SaaS ou technologique
- **Maîtrise des outils de marketing digital** : Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Lemlist (ou autres outils d’automatisation)
- **Compétences en optimisation de conversion** : Expérience en A/B testing, CRO, et analyse des parcours utilisateurs pour améliorer les taux de conversion
- **Esprit analytique** : Vous êtes à l’aise avec les données et avez une capacité à transformer les résultats en recommandations concrètes
- **Créativité et proactivité** : Vous aimez explorer des solutions innovantes pour améliorer les performances en apportant des idées qui renforcent l’efficacité des campagnes
- **Excellentes compétences de communication** : Capacité à s’intégrer à une équipe, à synthétiser et à communiquer
- **Maîtrise indispensable de l’anglais**:

- La connaissance de l’univers des CMS / DXP serait un plus
