OverviewJoin Paradox as a Senior Growth Manager – EdTech (French fluent) and help create a new category: a Human Greatness ecosystem powered by AI, behavioral science, and design.MissionArchitect and pilot a data‑driven revenue engine that transforms offer‑market fit, funnel architecture, and growth loops into measurable 2x conversion and predictable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesContinuously assess, refine, and reposition offer‑market fit and launch winning offers.Map, implement, and optimize fully hands‑on funnels and campaigns before scaling budgets.Drive relentless CRO & A/B testing—design, launch, analyze, and iterate experiments across pricing, messaging, and channels.Explore and scale acquisition channels, prioritize high‑intent prospects, and collaborate with sales to align quality leads.Lead a cross‑functional growth team by setting strategy, copy angles, and technical execution, and build talent pipeline.Own KPIs such as LTV/CAC ratio, funnel conversion rates, and experiments launched per week.Experience & QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in conversion optimization, growth experimentation, or performance marketing, preferably within SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital products.Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B tests that deliver measurable revenue or activation gains.Proficiency with tools such as GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Amplitude, Looker Studio, and AI‑powered hypothesis generation.CompetenciesGrowth diagnosis & systems thinkingPersuasion & behavioral insightAnalytical rigor and precision in hypothesis design and data integrityPersonality & TraitsCuriosity: dig deep into user behavior to uncover insight.Hands‑on execution with agility—turn insights into tests within hours.Precision: clarify hypotheses, clean data, and deliver unambiguous results.LanguagesFrench: Native / BilingualEnglish: Fluent (written communication in English)Hiring Process1. 6‑to‑8 minute application survey.2. 15‑30 minute video interview with HR.3.
