**About the Position**

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet with clients virtually or during on-site sales visits;
- Manage projects (Hospitality, houses etc.);
- Prospect new clients;
- Demonstrate and present products and services;
- Establish new business;
- Manage quotes and closing deals;
- Maintain accurate records on CRM;
- Manage, organise, and update company/customer data on an ongoing basis
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings;
- Review sales performance;
- Negotiate contracts and packages;
- Proficient in the use of social media for direct customer communications & lead generation
- Work towards monthly or annual targets.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Self-motivated and driven by targets;
- Experience in FF&E for hotels and hospitality industry;
- Experienced in the use of CRM, including Activity Planning & the management of Pipeline Opportunities;
- Experience in B2B sales and customer management;
- Resilience;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills - including both verbal and written;
- Fluency in French and English. Portuguese and Spanish are desirable;
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others;
- Commercial awareness;
- IT literate with knowledge of MS Office and Outlook;
- Numerical skills.
