- Management of Routine Maintenance, Aircraft Incidents/AOG’s and Third-Party Liaison.
- Manpower planning, recruitment, retention and staff performance management.
- Ensuring appropriate spares and equipment are available at each location.
- Conducting regular base visits, ensuring staff welfare and regulatory (EASA) compliance.
- Investigating Maintenance Delays, Engineering Safety Reports and Non-Compliances, implementing strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Work directly with all parties to reduce AOGs, Hills on aircraft.
- Control the planning scheduled for each base (OPO, LIS, FAO).
- Command and analyse internal promotions.
- Plan and coordinate manpower for training purposes.
- Human Resources tasks (annual leaves, month scheduling, training).
- Coordinate and report Management the upcoming news.
- Prepare bases for internal and external audits.
- Be part of the audits and solve possible findings.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent time management, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and effectively communicate progress to Senior Management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven leadership experience, capable of remotely managing diverse teams.
- Previous experience in Aviation Maintenance (EASA Part 145) is advantageous, but not essential.
- Full computer literacy with experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Applicants must have unrestricted right-to-work in the EU, hold a full Driving Licence and be able and willing to travel across our bases in France, Belgium, Morocco, Portugal and Spain.
