**About the role**
Within La Mède site (13) you will be in charge of optimizing the availability, settings, continuous improvement and development of the platform's processes. It is a world-class bio-refinery comprising an HVO unit (hydrotreating of vegetable oil with pretreatment and isomerization), a gasoline loop, the Product Movement sector, utilities and the depot.

**What you will do**
Manage availability and recovery issues
- Define the operating ranges of the main operating parameters, in accordance with company requirements and recommendations and the regulations applicable to the site

Participate in the improvement and development of processes
- Ensure, in liaison with the central services, the diffusion of good process practices and the definition and implementation of the resulting action plans
- To guarantee the studies carried out within the framework of the projects

Coordinate technical assistance
- Coordinate project activities (engineering, construction, commissioning and start-up)
- Participate in the analysis of malfunctions and propose solutions;
- Validate the conditions of the safety studies: hazard studies, HAZOP reviews...

Manage your small team (2 technicians plus contractors)
- Prioritize the workload and organize the activity with the Department Heads.
- Manage skills: evaluate personnel, ensure the adequacy of needs and resources...

**Who are you?**
- You have proven technical experience (10 years), including at least 5 years on site.
- Initial education as a chemical engineer or equivalent.
