Global Organisation Design Project Manager

POSITION

**YOUR IMPACT ______**

You will join the **Organisation Design & Career Management team**, part of the **Talent Engagement & Culture department **and will:

- Support Parfums Christian Dior talents to have a variety of career development opportunities: mobility within Parfums Christian Dior including cross-functional, mobility within the LVMH Group, assignments and projects. Support the Maison to maintain strong leadership bench to be a future-ready organisation
- Lead Organisation Management Review and facilitate the diagnostic process of key strategic functions to reinforce organisational capabilities, to ensure efficiency and collaboration within Parfums Christian Dior, and in relationship with LVMH Beauty Division and Christian Dior Couture
- Occasionally contribute to other collaborative projects under Talent Engagement & Culture Department
- Occasionally work with HR Business Partners and contribute to specific Organisation Design challenges in their scope.

- Define a “best in class career experience” and tangible approaches to provide a variety of career development opportunities for our talents
- Identify strategic areas to accelerate mobility and diversification of talents, contributing to our business strategy
- **MOBILITY**
- Partner with HR community and create opportunities to expose our talents to different career experiences globally (HQ, Region, Markets ), within Parfums Christian Dior and LVMH
- **CAREER MEETINGS**
- Globally improve quality of career meetings
- Meet with talents to discuss their expectations, assess their potential
- Monitor and update HR systems to maintain up-to-date data
- **NEW SOLUTIONS**
- Build effective and scalable mobility policy & processes
- Design and manage new “transversal career experience” formats (short-term assignments, project-based experience etc.) to enrich career experience
- **ORGANISATION MANAGEMENT REVIEW**
- Understand business critical areas and global view of organisation status, animate OMR synthesis meetings with business leaders and HRDs for different departments, zones, markets
- Enrich Succession Plan and Future roles for key talents
- Contribute to drafting the HR Strategy & Roadmap
- **ORGANISATION DESIGN**
- Define the areas of structural challenge and/or transformation needed
- Assess current organization design and capability required to achieve successful business acceleration
- Propose effective organisation development

PROFILE

**WHO YOU ARE _____**
- **SENIORITY**: + 5 years of experience in HR or related field (preferably as HR Generalist/HR Business Partner, Talent Management and/or HR consultant)
- **EXPERIENCE**: Experience in working and navigating complexity among multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders of the company (HR and non-HR)
- **LANGUAGE**:Fluent in English, preferably in French as well
- **MINDSET & CHARACTER**: Proactive, Strong strategic and go-to-market mindset, Engaging attitude, Learning agility, Confidence to interact with various senior leaders
- **OTHER SKILLS**: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
