The position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

As EME senior cash controller, you will play a key role in overseeing the cash flow reporting and budgeting processes, providing insightful analyses to the management and promoting a cash performance culture across the zone. Your expertise in reporting, balance sheet and cash flow analysis will guarantee an accurate and timely reporting of the cash flow (direct and indirect methods) and allow for producing the most realistic cash projections.

Your in-depth understanding of the activity, along with strong analytical skills and capacity for synthesis, will be instrumental in driving strategic decision-making and optimizing the company's financial performance.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :_**

**1. Supervise the cash reporting and budget / forecast processes**:

- Ensure a timely and coherent cashflow reporting, compliant with the Group’s deadlines and requirements.
- Analyze and validate the bridge between direct and indirect cashflow methodologies.
- Train and assist local finance teams in these processes. Support them by maintaining and enhancing standardized cash modelling tools.
- Prepare consolidated and synthetic cash flow reports providing the management with the most valuable insights and alerts.

**2. Drive the cash performance of the EME area**:

- Secure the consistency and accuracy of cash flow rolling forecasts and quarterly landings.
- Analyze cash flow trends and balance sheet with countries CFOs, and identify potential risks / opportunities.
- Advise and challenge countries on their budget and forecast key assumptions.
- In coordination with the Supply chain, ensure the alignment of inventory levels and purchase plans on the business projections and cash generation targets.

**3. Play a pivotal role in the cash controlling of Sephora SAS (mother company)**:

- Identify and validate with the Controlling the major non-cash items, timing and accruals impacts in the P&L.
- Reconcile critical intercompany flows forecasts.
- Centralize and verify the coherence of all inputs required for budgeting / forecasting. Define the appropriate cash modelling rules applicable to them in liaison with the Accounting / Treasury and the Supply chain.
- Review and validate consolidation restatements with the Global Consolidation team.

- A master's degree in finance, controlling, accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in Finance / consolidation (5/6 years) in a multinational environment, with an understanding of treasury and controlling principles.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated integrity and the ability to convey clear and synthetic messages to various non-finance stakeholders (top management, supply chain,...).
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software).
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and consolidation softwares.
