As** Product Design Lead** you will be responsible for defining our UX strategy, aligning with our Product Management team to build the product roadmap and infusing a design-led culture in the company. You will lead and grow a team of Product designers to drive product innovation and increase customer satisfaction with our products.

You will report into the Head of Product and work closely with product managers, and key stakeholders from the engineering team and other departments, to improve our Products and support our company growth.

This is a hands-on role, you will spend about half of your time working close with the management, design, and development team.

**In this role, you will**:

- Develop a UX vision in alignment with the Product vision and develop a clear strategy to improve the user experience of our solution.
- Evolve our UX roadmap in collaboration with Product managers and support the team to deliver it.
- Evangelize design thinking and the importance of customer experience and customer centricity, across the organisation.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and user research to ensure alignment on product goals and design approach.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user interactions.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product design decisions.
- Manage the design process and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design deliverables.
- Grow the Product design team and further develop direct reports' design expertise.

**For this role, you need to have**:

- At least 7 years’ experience in sophisticated international B2B digital multi-platform products and experiences, and 3 years' experience leading Product Design teams.
- Specialist skill level with standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision and Adobe suite.
- Experience facilitating product design activities through workshops and design methods.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum environment and with geographically distributed teams.
- Shown history of leading, growing, structuring, and organizing UX teams, and to develop and lead Product designers through coaching and mentoring.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills (fluent English is a must have).
- Bs or Ms degree in design would be appreciated (plus: with an emphasis on Human-Computer interaction), or equivalent professional experience.
