**Votre rôle et vos missions**:

- Working in partnership with the head of marketing Western Europe, build marketing plans for specific client segments across the full range of marketing disciplines. Activities include marketing campaigns (products, capabilities, brand, education), event activation plan in coordination with the event manager, web and social medias activities, media partnerships and digital advertising.
- Take responsibility for delivering marketing campaigns from contributing to developing messages, objectives, customer journey, to ensuring distribution across all communication channels.
- Be responsible for our web strategy for France, ensuring that we provide relevant and timely information to clients as well as actively promoting products, driving traffic and managing the web apprentice.
- Build a targeted, cost-efficient paid media plan strategy, in coordination with the brand & advertising team and external stakeholders (medias and marketing agencies).
- Measure the success of our campaigns and develop a consistent marketing lead relationship with sales on the ground, acting as a genuine partner to the business and to the prospective effort.
- Contribute to content generation in coordination with the local content strategy & product marketer by sharing the effectiveness of previous pieces of content and bringing new ideas of content.
- Develop a deep knowledge of asset management industry in France, in particular the distribution channels relevant to our client base. Use knowledge of clients and French market to make proactive recommendations for which channels to use or which initiatives to undertake.
- Work closely with the global campaign team and be a proactive member of the campaign marketing community, undertaking the distribution strategy for a number of global communications, sharing ideas and leveraging from each other in terms of content, messaging, creative positioning and delivery.

**Votre profil**:

- Relevant degree and at least 5 years’ experience in marketing and communications in the financial services sector, preferably with experience of the asset management sector
- Fluent in French and English
- Proven track record of developing marketing campaigns through multiple channels and excellent digital marketing skillset
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong project management skills, including an ability to move projects forward in a complex environment. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects at once
- Strong interest in investment matters
- Good creative skills
- Be a proactive, dynamic and highly client-focused self-starter
- Able to work independently and act as a team player.
