**You will shine here if you enjoy assist the Logistics and Customer Service team on following operations.**

E-logistics operations
- Report daily the e-warehouse production
- Report weekly the e-transportation production
- Follow up outbound operations to hand over orders on time
- Support and facilitate inbound operations to secure availability on time
- Handle shipping claims
- Solve interface issues
- Identify e-transportation discrepancies and pro-actively clarify the cases
- Report return handling and pro-actively clarify the discrepancies
- Coordinate inbound priorities based on planning input

Customer care operations
- Communicate relevant information to the customer service team
- Support customer claim management

Store support operations
- Follow up returns to vendors and returns to warehouse
- Coordinate returns to vendors and returns to warehouse
- Initiate and coordinate stock balancing
- Support daily inventory management

**We’re excited about you if you have/are**:

- Knowledge in Logistics and Supply Chain
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, vlookup)
- Fluent in English and preferable German (written communication and 90% of oral discussions are in English)

Location : Düsseldorf _(Germany)_
