Nous recherchons un(e) **Chargé(e) de support commercial F/H** pour rejoindre l’équipe Sales. Rattaché(e) à l’équipe Global Sales Excellence, le/la Chargé de support commercial soutient les équipes internationales de vente en fournissant des informations pertinentes sur les clients, les concurrents et nos marchés clés. Le poste sera basé à **Neuilly-sur-Seine (92)**.

**Missions**:

- Analyse ad hoc sur les entreprises et les tendances marché pour accompagner les besoins de nos équipes de vente
- Contribution à la préparation des bulletins macro-économiques de l’industrie logistique
- Gestion de la base de données de nos principaux concurrents à l’international
- Identification des prospects pour appuyer nos équipes de développement de ventes
- Préparation des rapports Salesforce à la demande des équipes commerciales
- Contribution à d’autres projets et actions de soutien aux équipes ventes (implémentation de nouveaux outils, recherche de leads, création des supports de vente, etc.)

**Profil**:

- Issu(e) de formation Business, Commerce International ou LEA Commerce International
- Curieux(se) d'en apprendre plus sur la logistique et d'avoir une vue globale de notre activité et en particulier de nos services, enjeux, technologies et innovations ;
- Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse ;
- Français et Anglais courant. L'équipe étant multiculturelle, la majorité des réunions et vos travaux seront à faire en anglais.
- Agilité dans l'apprentissage de nouveaux progiciels - nous allons vous former à l’utilisation de nouveaux outils tels que Salesforce, Seismic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Sales Insights et plus. La maitrise d’un CRM serait appréciée.

We are looking for a Strategic Account Administrator F/M to join our global Sales team. Reporting to the Global Sales Excellence team, the Strategic Sales Support intern contributes to business development activities by providing relevant insights on customers, competitors and vertical markets. The job is based in** Neuilly-sur-Seine (92)**.

Main accountabilities include but are not limited to:

- Build customer, competitor and market overviews to accommodate the needs of our sales teams
- Contribute to drafting macro-economic and logistics industry bulletins
- Upkeep the database on our global competitors
- Identifiy prospecting targets to support our sales force team
- Search for relevant contacts (e.g., via Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
- Prepare Salesforce reports at account managers’ request
- Contribute to other sales support tasks (implementation of new sales tools, processing customer interview inputs, etc.)

**Profile**:

- A degree in Business, Sales or LEA International Business
- A desire to learn the logistics business, and see first-hand many aspects of the industry, including our services, challenges, technology and innovation;
- Ability to analyze and summarize data in a concise and visually attractive manner ;
- A working level of French and English. The team is multicultural, most of the meetings and projects you produce will be in English;
