Join our dynamic Global Brand, Marketing and Communications team as a Digital Communications Officer (3+ years of experience). In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing digital and social media strategies, crafting engaging content across various platforms and contributing to our corporate, marketing and employer brand objectives. If you're passionate about social media, stay abreast of digital trends and possess a keen eye for detail, this position is an excellent fit for you.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive the social media strategy and channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) for Mazars Group.
- Oversee social media planning, community management, and campaign reporting (KPIs), with support from the Digital Communication Assistant.
- Develop comprehensive digital and social media strategies for corporate, marketing, and employer branding campaigns, including innovative formats such as web series.
- Create compelling digital assets for corporate, marketing, and employer branding initiatives, including visuals, web series, videos, animations, and other digital content. Collaborate closely with the creative designer and project leads to ensure high-quality production.
- Manage digital paid campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Display Ads to maximize reach and engagement.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to regional teams on brand, digital, and social media campaigns.
- Facilitate and coordinate the social media managers community within Mazars, including scheduling and conducting regular calls.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in digital or marketing agency or in-house in a marketing/communication/brand department.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in other languages, especially French, is advantageous.
- Strong multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail, coupled with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Genuine passion for social media, digital trends, creative design, and brand management, coupled with a willingness to explore and implement new ideas.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Audition would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.

**Additional Information**
Long term contract (CDI) based in Paris, France.
