Le poste de Revenue Operations Manager est une ressource clé pour l'équipe car il/elle contribue au fonctionnement global et à l'efficacité de notre équipe Growth.
Au sein de l'équipe Revenue Operations, vous travaillerez au quotidien avec les équipes de croissance EMEA et APAC.
Vous serez rattaché(e) au Revenue Operations Director basé à Paris.
**Missions**:
- Manager et optimiser la tech stack en continue pour faciliter le travail de nos équipes Growth EMEA & APAC (Salesforce, Outreach, Cognism, ChurnZero, Gong etc.)
- S’assurer de la qualité de la donnée au sein de notre tech stack
- Monitorer les KPIs des équipes et détecter les goulets d’étranglement
- Faire des recommandations aux différents managers (VP Sales, VP CX, BDR Managers) pour améliorer l’efficacité de leurs équipes (SEMEA, NEMEA, APAC)
- S’assurer que les process sont pertinents et suivis (en coordination avec le département Sales Enablement et les managers respectifs)
- Détecter les éléments de friction et mettre en place des initiatives pour les inhiber (en coordination avec le département Sales Enablement et les managers respectifs)
- Suite au monitoring des différents KPIs, faire des recommandations sur la stratégie GTM à adopter à l’ensemble des managers (BDR, Sales, CSM)
**Profil recherché**:
- Doté(e) d’une réflexion rapide, d’un sens du détail aiguisé et d’une rigueur hors norme.
- Excellente maîtrise d’Excel
- Une expérience précédente avec un CRM, idéalement Salesforce, est un plus
- Energique, curieux.se et motivé.e par le monde du SaaS
- Maîtrise du Français et de l’Anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
