YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Control the Inventory level in depots; manage Inventory Segmentation in order to improve both the Inventory turns and the Service to Dealers
- Provide reports to actively control the planning activity
- Reduce Overstock and Obsolescence of current inventory, participate on the scrapping activity according to Inventory targets and Warehouse capacity;
- Support all projects with Inventory impacts
- Support other departments (Parts and Suppliers Mgmt, Sales & Marketing, Distribution and Dealer Parts Support) with data analysis and reporting;
- Support process integration of CNH Industrial.
- Participation on Scrapping activity
- Visiting Dealers or Participating on Brand Meetings to understand Market needs.
- Delivery and Implementation of corrective/improvement action plans based on KPI analysis
- Set-up and execution of KPI analysis; deployment of corrective/improvement actions (system parameter changes, process reengineering, manual actions), follow-up;
- Preparation of Business analysis
- Implementation of Inventory actions (parts availability increase, stock transfers, space availability projects) in coordination with other functions
- Optimize Warehouse Space utilization in coordination with Warehouse management.
- Extracting information from different data warehouses / Databases, performing analysis by families, classifications;
- Performing specific analysis in order to guide business decisions;
- Performing specific statistics analysis;
- Decide parameter corrections to reach specific Availability /Readiness/Facing Fill targets;
- Interact with the Warehouse to understand impacts of specific initiatives and to coordinate Inventory actions execution.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
- Understanding of DPL Systems and replenishment related processes, and process flows
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; can successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Concern for achieving positive outcomes and growing the business; willing to get involved in all aspects of the process
- Ability to work independently, as well as with a team
- Self-motivated with high energy level and a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to high standards of excellence and integrity.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Data Warehouses (Cognos 10, PDW)
- Knowledge of programming languages (VBA)
- Experience in Supply Chain Management or Operations.
