Join our team as a Spare Parts Inventory Expert, where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our inventory management processes. In this position, you'll leverage advanced Spare Parts Planning Tools (Gains) to effectively apply and controll our inventory policy, ensuring that our spare parts stocks are managed with precision and efficiency. YOUR MISSION

As the key contributor in implementing inventory policies across all Spare Parts plants (Hénin-Beaumont, Atlanta, Shanghai, Guadalajara), you will be responsible for controlling stock assortment and stock values, which total approximately 85M€ worldwide. You will participate in maintaining stock integrity by overseeing scrapping and depreciation levels. You will ensure stock availability, address customer restocking requests and handle daily Gains Treatment.

The role requires you to
innovate and propose optimizations for processes and tools within the Spare
Parts Planning Tools (Gains) while actively participating in process
improvements led by the Services Process team or the Spare Parts Inventory
team, applying Lean concepts as necessary.

Collaboration will be
essential, as you will work closely with the Procurement team, Warehouse team,
Customer Desk team, Services Process team, and Regional Logistics team.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for
candidates with a Master's Degree or equivalent in Logistics or Supply Chain
Management, who are fluent in English and possess an action-oriented mindset.

Ideal applicants
will demonstrate integrity and trustworthiness, along with a strong drive for
results.

Proficiency in SAP
and Microsoft Office is essential for success in this role, while knowledge of
spare parts planning tools will be considered a valuable asset.
