You are part of the 8-person customer experience team in the Development Department. As a Customer Experience Manager, you work to ensure the satisfaction of Ostrum AM’s customers while accompanying sales staff in the development strategy.

Your daily tasks are:

- Responding to customer requests;
- Drive the customer experience in your portfolio and ensure commitments are met;
- Coordinate cross-functional client projects;
- Participate in continuous improvement projects within management.

You have a higher education and at least 10 years of experience in customer relations or project coordination.

You are proficient in:

- Financial instruments and asset management.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:

- You are organized, rigorous and agile;
- Customer-oriented and you know how to integrate easily into a team.

You have a command of English at level B2.
