**La société EGREGO, émanation d’une agence de conseil en organisation RH,** recherche dans le cadre de son lancement, **un Content Manager libre de travailler d’où il veut**.

Saviez-vous qu’en moyenne, en France, seulement 6 % des salariés se sentent impliqués dans leur travail. **94% pourraient l’être si la réalité de l’entreprise était en phase avec leurs attentes.**

EGREGO a développé un modèle unique qui permet de **réconcilier « Sens, Plaisir et Performance au travail », en accompagnant les organisations dans l’évolution de leur Culture Managériale.**

Fort de ses premiers succès et pour accélérer sa croissance, EGREGO souhaite:

- Recruter et former un réseau national de consultants-coachs,
- Lever des projets auprès des dirigeants d’entreprises et responsables RH partout en France.

**Dans ce cadre, l’entreprise recrute un / une content-manager (CDI, temps plein).**

Directement rattaché(e) à l’équipe de dirigeants-créateurs, votre mission sera de participer activement à la stratégie éditoriale de l’entreprise pour**:

- Approcher, identifier et convaincre les consultants-coachs de devenir partenaires EGREGO,
- Prendre contact avec les dirigeants, les directions RH, les entreprises cibles et les inciter, avec élégance, à découvrir notre modèle.

Vous êtes « à l’aise » avec:

- Les autres, vous-mêmes,
- Les médias en général ; podcast, vidéos, chaine TV, site web, blog,
- Les logiciels de création graphique (suite Adobe).
- L’utilisation des réseaux sociaux, pour mener une gestion précise de l’e-réputation.
- Les contraintes d’écriture pour le web et les règles de SEO éditoriales.
- Les bases contacts, les logiciels CRM. Hubspot peut-être ?
- Les concepts d’inbound marketing, de sales-automation, de marketing-automation,
- La relation et le sens du client,
- Le travail en équipe, la coopération, le partage, l’intelligence collective,
- La mise en place d’un budget et son suivi
