**1/ Job descriptions**

In the context of a replacement because of internal mobility, we are looking for a Loading Master (f/m) on our operational base at Sète.

Your main missions will be:

- Management of the teams of sailors in charge of the operation and maintenance of the Jetty
- Oversee the conformity of the Jetty assigned fleet
- Plan and oversee the level 1 maintenance of the Jetty and its interfaces with the client
- Oversee the HSE rules respects on the Jetty during operating and maintenance including when subcontractors are present (Control of Work, permits opening )
- In charge of loading master operation’s including:

- Vessels’ acceptability
- Unloading operations oversight
- Ocean-meteorological conditions monitoring
- Coordination with the different interfaces: Jifmar TEAM, Port of Sète, GDH, marine agent
- Unloading plan control
- Carry out the pre-unloading formalities in accordance with the “Terminal Handbook
- Surveillance and control of the connection and disconnection of the unloading’s arms
- During the unloading: control scheduled in the security checklist, editing and transmission at the depository of statements and fact
- Support to the society in charge of the control of the vacuity of tankers
- Letter of protest emission in case of anomaly or problem
- Editing, distribution, and storage of stopover report
- In collaboration with the purchasing department, ensure the well delivery of purchasing demand
- Take part to the project’s HSE following and to the exercises
- Get involved in client meeting

**2/ Required profile**
- Formation:_
- Multipurpose Merchant Marine Officer 1st or 2nd class (captain carded)
- 5 years experiences minimum as:

- Captain/2nd captain of FSO, FPSO, oil, chemical tanker, VLCC
- Superintendent Onshore or Offshore
- Loading Master Onshore or Offshore
- Valid STCW2010 Patents
- PFSO formation represents an advantage
- Skills:_
- Professional English required
- Specialist in the management of hazardous liquid transfer operations
- Excellent knowledge of OCIMF, ISGOTT and in particular SSSCL standards
- Technical competences (marine work, vessel’s maintenance, industrial tools’ maintenance, Offshore works)
- Ship manoeuvring skills
- Materials and equipment management skills
- Mastering of informatic tools ( Office, intern software )
- Qualities_:
