Venez vivre et contribuez à faire vivre notre engagement #MovedByYou- As part of the Finance Department, more specifically the Finance Operations Department, and reporting directly to the Core Model Effectiveness Lead, you will join the team as the Finance Core Model Lead. In a context of major transformation, driven by our 2 majors SAP programs "Morphe’Us”, aiming to streamline and digitalize our End to End processes for Industrial sites and “Jazz” with the same ambition for our commercial affiliates, the Core Model adherence is more than ever an essential key success factor to leverage our Group transformation to reach Servier 2030. Your mission is mainly to promote and animate the Core Model across affiliates and industrial sites, as soon as they go live and to structure the appropriate governance to both satisfy our internal customers and leverage best our resources. Accordingly, you will have to anticipate the required evolutions coming from affiliates, HQ, other programs in adherence or new market requirements, to challenge them, with the support of DDIS and to sequence the upgrade of the CoreModel.**Core Model Strategy and Governance** - Develop and implement the Core Model strategic roadmap for our end to end processes within the finance domain in line with our Global end to end process strategy. Liaise with the Supply Chain team for enrichment and alignment.- Establish and enforce the Core Model governance, standards, and best practices for maintaining high adherence to the processes and ensuring the integration with process governance.**Continuous Improvement and Innovation**: - Identify opportunities to enhance our Core Model processes, tools, and communication.- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in our Core Model.**Stakeholder management** - Map the Core Model stakeholders, sponsors, internal direct customers, external programs,, evaluate the importance, the influence and the interests of them to manage accordingly and propose appropriate action plans in terms of change management or communication.- Collaborate with IT, project teams and business teams to ensure the needed level of satisfaction.**Foster worldwide cross-functional collaboration** - Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure alignment with Core model strategies and roadmaps.- Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, IT, and other relevant departments to understand data needs and requirements.**Change Management and Acculturation** - Lead change management and acculturation initiatives to drive adoption of Core Model across the Group.- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure users make the most of our solution.**Team Leadership and Development** - Lead and mentor an internal / external team of business experts, fostering growth and skill development (~ 4 peoples as a target ).- Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the finance domain while being agile & aligned.
