**Key Responsibilities**:

- Select and manage the key logistic providers globally coordinating and aligning the in country teams
- Ensure on time and in full performances of inbound and outbound deliveries
- Design, implement and execute core processes on Logistics and Warehouse Management, internal and 3PL, to improve operational and financial performances
- Manage the factory logistics processes in order to provide proper service for the factory, other dept and customers
- Optimize routes and warehousing distribution in the region
- Measure/report and action cost improvement with controlling department
- Ensure safety & quality procedures adequate level for internal warehouses
- Ensure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels
- Set up a continuous improvement approach to logistic operations globally; be responsible for business continuity, including creation of mitigation plans
- Design and implement sustainability initiatives and lead the way on driving best in class sustainable operations

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related disciplines
- 7+ years of experience in Logistics
- Fluent in French and English
- Relevant experience in Transportation management
- Relevant experience in Team Management
- Team player and able to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders
- Proactive and continuous improvement mindset
- MS Office good knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority
- Availability to travel in EMEA region
