OverviewWe have a great opportunity for an experienced Logistics & Sustainability Manager at Kraft Heinz. This role is based in France and involves working with a high-performing team, reporting to the Head of S&OP and Logistics France. You\'ll interact with senior stakeholders and focus on delivering results and continuous improvement within the French Business Unit.ResponsibilitiesDistribution Management: Oversee our distribution network for Retail & Away From Home channels. Ensure warehouse capacity meets business needs and manage the annual logistics budget.Transportation & Repacking: Maintain transportation and repacking performance to meet Kraft Heinz standards. Monitor logistics parameters, haulier performance, and prepare tenders with the European procurement team.Cost Efficiency: Drive cost benefits through supply chain initiatives. Lead projects, ensure savings, and benchmark best practices.Sustainability: Develop and lead the ESG roadmap, focusing on carbon footprint reduction and supply chain losses. Represent Kraft Heinz France in external ESG organizations and develop new partnerships.Team Management: Manage and develop a team of functional experts.
