**Responsable de magasin / Store Manager**

Dainese, leader mondial de l’équipement du motard, recherche un/une chef(fe) d’équipe pour son magasin de Lyon

En collaboration avec le directeur de réseau national, vos missions principales seront:

- Dynamiser les ventes en veillant à maintenir un service client de haute qualité et une image du magasin irréprochable ;
- Développer la performance du magasin grâce au suivi des différents indicateurs KPI (CA, UPT, taux de transformation )**;**:

- Animer le point de vente par la mise en place d’évènements en magasin ou extérieur (salons locaux, portes ouvertes, sorties motos, etc ) et de partenariats avec des acteurs locaux ;
- Atteinte des objectifs de revenus budgétisés et suivi des dépenses ;
- Manager et animer une équipe dans le respect des valeurs de l'entreprise : recrutement, intégration, formation et développement des talents grâce à un fort esprit d'équipe ;
- Être garant du bon fonctionnement du point de vente dans le respect des procédures, tout en diffusant les valeurs de la société ;
- Assurer la gestion administrative RH et logistique du magasin en pilotant la gestion du personnel (suivi des heures, planning, absences...), ainsi que la gestion des stocks et inventaires tout en adaptant les préconisations merchandising et vitrines de l'enseigne ;
- Faire de chaque vente une expérience d’achat unique pour les clients

Vous serez garant du respect de la politique commerciale et serez l'ambassadeur(rice) de notre marque et de nos valeurs.

**Profil**:

- Vous justifiez d'une expérience dans la gestion de magasin de détails réussie d’au moins 3 ans, et de plus de 5 ans dans le secteur du commerce.
- Dynamique, vous savez fédérer et aimez accompagner vos collaborateurs au quotidien.
- Proactif et impliqué, vous êtes organisé, rigoureux et avez le souci constant du service client.
- Vous faites preuve d'un fort sens du commerce et avez à cœur la satisfaction des clients

**Qualifications**:

- De niveau Bac +2 minimum
- Maitrise des outils Pack Office et des outils informatiques
- Anglais lu et parlé.
- Emplois CDI à temps plein
- Pratique de la moto est un plus
