**[Job Description]**

**Context**

As a Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the Finance team, and will report directly to Geoffroy Damnon, General Secretary. The team consists of an Accounting Director and a part-time Accounting resource.

You will be in charge of supervising all accounting activities, producing periodic management financial information, budgeting, tracking and reforecasting revenues and costs with commercial teams and leading cross-company reporting to our Board. Your role will also encompass, among other things, procurement and innovation tax credits.

We are hiring for an office-based role requiring daily presence.

**Your future missions**
- Supervise accounting activities (including monthly and annual closing), execute periodic control plan and act as owner of finance tools
- Produce monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting dedicated to management, shareholders or investors including, in particular, quarterly Board meetings
- Coordinate the annual budgeting effort as well as ongoing reforecasting throughout the year with management and commercial teams
- Work closely with the accounting team and account managers to ensure customers are properly and timely invoiced and collection process running efficiently
- Work with managers to ensure that cost budget is meant and any deviation timely identified
- Coordinate annual CIR/CII innovation tax credit process with the audit firm and technical teams internally
- Lead company efforts on procurement working in particular with Najar

**[Desired Profile]**

**You are a great match if**:

- Education: Master’s degree from a top-tier business or engineering school with a finance specialization.
- Experience: You have at least three years of successful experience in a similar position / in financial and accounting roles.
- A solid understanding of the banking sector and B2B SaaS service sales would be a plus.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams, an excellent team player.
- You thrive on challenges, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy the energy of scale-ups.

Geoffroy has progressed at Skaleet since 2021, holding successive positions as Product Marketing & Presales Manager, Chief Strategy Officer, and then General Secretary overseeing strategic, corporate and support functions. Previously, he spent six years at Société Générale, primarily in internal audit and capital markets, Geoffroy is a graduate from Télécom SudParis and holds an MBA from ESCP Business School.
