**Context**

As a Product Manager, you will join the Product team, and will report directly to Ségolène, our CPO. You’ll own the roadmap and evolution of our loan, overdraft, and savings modules — ensuring our clients can launch, manage, and scale financial products that are both compliant and competitive.

**Your future missions**

**Own product strategy & roadmap**
- Define the long-term vision and roadmap for savings, loans, overdrafts, and credit-related features
- Align product evolution with client needs, regulatory frameworks, and market opportunities
- Work closely with CPO and leadership to ensure prioritization matches business goals

**Drive functional design & delivery**
- Translate complex financial logic into clear product specs
- Collaborate with UX, Tech, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery across squads
- Balance flexibility (configurability) with simplicity in feature design

**Enable client success**
- Support the rollout and configuration of savings or credit modules for clients
- Gather feedback from deployments and use it to guide iterative improvements
- Work with onboarding, support, and compliance to ensure the product is usable, scalable, and auditable

**Monitor and improve performance**
- Define key product KPIs (e.g., loan processing time, product adoption, errors)
- Use data and client feedback to drive ongoing optimization
- Stay up to date on lending and savings innovations (BNPL, overdraft scoring, interest-bearing wallets, etc.)
- Represent the company in client workshops and industry discussions around credit product innovation

**[Desired Profile]**

**You are a great match if**:

- 5-8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in FinTech, Banking, or SaaS
- Strong expertise in credit, consumer loans, savings products, and their lifecycle (origination, repayment, unpaid collections, risk)
- Proven ability to design and deliver B2B or platform financial products
- Comfortable with regulatory and compliance frameworks around lending & savings
- Experience working closely with developers, designers, and client-facing teams
- Excellent communication in English (French is a plus)

**About your future manager**

Ségolène joined Skaleet in 2017 as a Product Owner and has grown into the role of Chief Product Officer (CPO) since 2021. Her main objective is to support, structure and accelerate the economic growth of the company. I own the product vision and strategy and oversee all elements of the product from conceptualization to delivery performance.
