**Sales Representative - Bell, Giro & CamelBak | South-East France**

We are seeking an experienced **Sales Representative** to join our **Revelyst**team, focused on **Bell, Giro, and CamelBak**. The Adventure Sports Group Europe SLU strategic priorities are to be consumer-first focused, lead with power brands, and invest inwards. We aim to build the Adventure Sports business by creating focus and strength with the consumer.

**About the Role**:
As a Sales Representative for Revelyst, you will be responsible for representing **Bell, Giro, and CamelBak** in your assigned region. You will manage and grow your customer portfolio, ensuring a high level of customer service and driving sales across the **South-East of France**. This role requires experience in cycling, MTB, and action sports, with a focus on B2B sales and maintaining long-term relationships.

Your main duties will include:

- Selling and presenting **Bell, Giro, and CamelBak** collections at roadshows, showrooms, and directly at points of sale.
- Developing and managing an existing customer base in the South-East region while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Actively prospecting and opening new customer accounts within your region.
- Preparing and executing seasonal campaigns and action plans tailored to the South-East of France.
- Ensuring compliance with the distribution policies and customer segmentation.
- Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to drive retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Present and sell the Bell, Giro, and CamelBak collections at events and points of sale.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of customers while achieving sales targets.
- Prospect new accounts and expand the customer base in your region.
- Prepare and implement seasonal sales campaigns and strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Analyze performance metrics and report regularly to your manager.
- Participate in national and international brand meetings.

**Required Profile**:

- Minimum **4 years of B2B commercial experience**, ideally in **cycling**, **MTB**, **action sports**, or **lifestyle** markets.
- Solid knowledge of the **cycling and outdoor industry**, including trends, distribution, and competition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously and effectively.
- Excellent **negotiation** and **communication skills** (oral and written).
- Strong **organizational** and **planning** capabilities.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- **Fluency in French and English** (written and spoken).
- Availability to travel up to 80% of the time, including overnight stays.
- A **valid driving license**.
