In this context, Air Liquide Electronics enables industry leading clients to be competitive in their respective markets by providing **carrier gases (CG)** and high value added molecules as well as adjacent services including Equipment & Installation (E&I), Total Gas and Chemicals Management (TGCM) and Analytical Services. The mandate of the** Electronics World Business Line (EL-WBL) Product Management team** is to ensure that Air Liquide’s offer remains relevant in a rapidly changing competitive environment while providing increased value in a market where client needs continuously evolve. To this end, Product Managers define product roadmaps and drive strategic plans to enhance value for our customers while driving resilience and enhanced profitability for Air Liquide. Product Managers are, therefore, key contributors to the Air Liquide strategic programs (**Advance**).

As an Electronics Corporate function, the Product Management team interacts with most of the Group’s entities (Engineering & Construction, R&D, Marketing & Sales, Gas Affiliates, Head Office, other WBLs,...).

The team, as well as the rest of the WBL, is located in the Air Liquide Japan offices (in Tokyo) in the same time zone as the majority of our Electronics customers’ fabs (mainly in Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, China and Korea).

**Missions and Responsibilities** Your Role Will Be**:

- Make markets’ **technical data **(molecules production needs like purity, pressure, flowrate,...) and necessary data processing tools easily available for the CG Product Team
- Run technical data analysis to highlight market trends in order to help specifying new solution developments

**Your main responsibilities**:

- **Structurize the information**
- Identify necessary technical data to be screened and define their collecting process
- Run the technical data collection and organize their storage
- Make technical data easily accessible to the CG Product Team
- **Make tools available for the CG Team**
- Identify necessary tools (technical benchmarking, KPI calculations,) for the CG Product Team
- Make tools available to the CG Product Team. Develop missing tools if necessary
- **Produce notes/reports**
- Participate to CG Product Team’s markets technical survey and propose/collect necessary needs for new technical analysis (market trends, competitive intel,...)
- Draft notes/reports and present outputs to the CG Product Team

**Competencies and Profile**
- Master Degree in **Process Engineering background**:

- Feeling comfortable working with international team
- Strong analytical/synthesis skills
- Solid teamwork attitude and strong technical skills

**Language: Fluent English (mandatory),** Japanese, Korean, or Chinese could be a big plus
