Au sein de la Direction Innovation, le Design Lab VYV impulse et accélère une dynamique collective autour du design et des méthodes centrées utilisateur pour accélérer la transformation du Groupe VYV.

Il s’articule autour de trois priorités:

- Notre premier pilier d’acculturation est centré sur la diffusion d’une culture du design au sein de notre groupe et de ses maisons (animation d'événements, construction d'une approche pour intégrer l'UX dans les projets...)
- Notre deuxième pilier est centré sur l’accélération de projets avec les métiers (recueil des besoins, accompagnement sur des projets de création ou refonte d'offres, de parcours...)
- Notre troisième enjeu consiste à créer une culture commune d’échange et de partage autour du design (communauté de partage avec les designers des directions / entités du Groupe)

Le Responsable de projets Design Lab, directement rattaché à la directrice de l’innovation, aura la responsabilité de participer à l’animation de cette activité, de mettre en œuvre les actions de développement prévues dans la feuille de route et d’en assurer le suivi.

En binôme dans le pôle design lab, vous participerez activement à promouvoir et accélérer le design au sein du groupe.

Missions:

- Développer le Design Lab en interne et participer à l’acculturation des directions et métiers du groupe VYV via l’animation de temps forts comme des cafés de l’innovation, la rédaction et diffusion d’articles sur nos plateformes internes, dans notre newsletter de l’innovation
- Consolider l’écosystème design du groupe VYV via des échanges réguliers avec d’autres directions design, avec des écoles de design et tous types de partenaires en lien avec le design
- Accompagner des projets métiers dans la conception, la refonte d'une offre ou d'un service ou d’une expérience avec la méthode design
- Construire une communauté de partage design au sein du groupe pour permettre l’échange, le retour d’expérience entre designers
- Et plus globalement être force de proposition pour faire évoluer le Design Lab (ses supports de contenu, de présentation, veille active sur les actions d’autres grands comptes de notre secteur ou hors secteur, articles et livres de management, rencontres entre pairs)

**Profil**:
De formation Bac+5 Master spécialisé en design idéalement complétée par une formation en IAE ou école de commerce, vous avez une expérience de 3 ans minimum sur des sujets UX en agence de design ou dans une direction design au sein d'une entreprise.

Vous maitrisez la gestion opérationnelle et la coordination de multiples projets.

Vous avez un excellent relationnel et être orienté.e service au client interne ainsi qu'une culture du change et de la transformation.

Vous avez une forte appétence pour le travail en équipe ainsi qu’une capacité à mobiliser les énergies pour contribuer à installer les bonnes pratiques en termes d’intelligence collective et de partage de la connaissance.
