**The BNP Paribas IT Graduate Program in a few words.**

Imagine integrating into CDI an 18-month #excellence course, designated as a real personal and professional development accelerator, within the IT expert teams of the BNP PARIBAS Group.

Enter the IT world BNP Paribas and its technological challenges by discovering three different areas of activity: Production, Applicator, Cyber, Data, IT Market place, API..

This is a program designed to offer you excellent training and rapid autonomy.

**Missions, team and work environment, what's the difference? Your daily life on your first six-month mission?**

You will begin with an 18-month immersion consisting of three 6-month rotations, two in Ile de France and one internationally.
- You will benefit from two days of Promotion integration to gain a better understanding of the Group, IT technology and business issues.
- From the start of the program you will have the chance to meet your mentor, who will follow you for 18 months within the program. This will be your point of contact to exchange your plans, your missions, and your career and professional network.
- Aware that sharing experiences is a catalyst for development, we will ensure that you meet regularly to promote and enable you to meet the Top IT managers in close proximity.
- Continuous training makes up the DNA of this Graduate Program: you will have a wealth of experience to develop your technical and behavioral skills.
- Finally, meetings to prepare you for the challenges facing the Bank of tomorrow will be organized and will be a real accelerator of experience for you.

**Your outlook of evolutions (your future prospects)**

Your second and third missions will be according to your abilities and motivations. You will put your skills at the service of other teams in different entities.

At the end of the 18 months, you will have the opportunity to take up a position in the Group in line with your tastes and aspirations. With your great experience, there will be many opportunities

**Are you our next IT Graduate, F/H?**

The Graduate Program is intended for recent graduates (within the last 2 years) who have up to 24 months of work experience (non-internship, alternance, VIE).

The BNP Paribas IT program is aimed at graduates of a Bac+5, an engineering school, a business school or university equivalent with a specialization in IT and at least 18 months professional experience in IT (including internships & work assignments)

Have you demonstrated your creativity, proactivity, initiative in problem solving and decision making? Aimed at results, are you constantly looking to improve your performance? Do you have strong analytical and collaborative skills? Are you a good team player? Last but not least, do you have a good level of English (equivalent to or higher than C1)? Don't hesitate
