We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (V.I.E - 12 months), based in the Birmingham area, to support the rollout of a new e-commerce Shopify project and enhance the online customer experience. You will be actively involved in reviewing online payment solutions, managing digital acquisition campaigns, and supporting omnichannel marketing efforts to drive online sales growth.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Actively contribute to the implementation of the e-commerce project in collaboration with technical, marketing, and product teams.
- Customise and optimise Shopify themes and templates based on business and branding requirements.
- Analyse and report on key ecommerce metrics (traffic analytics, conversion rate, average order value) and provide actionable insights.
- Manage and optimize acquisition campaigns—primarily through Google Ads—by analyzing performance and recommending improvements.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify digital growth opportunities and consumer trends.
- Work closely with the E-commerce Manager to design and implement customer nurturing campaigns and improve the online customer journey.

**Your profile**:

- You have prior experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on e-commerce project implementation and online sales optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify; familiarity with Shopify Plus is considered a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of digital advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads, and experience with marketing automation tools such as Brevo, Klaviyo, or Mailjet.
- Proficient in using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Collaborative team player with the capability to lead and manage projects independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional, multicultural team.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to interact with internal and external stakeholders

**VIE Program Conditions**:
Duration: 12-month non-renewable assignment

Location: Redditch, UK

Compensation and benefits in accordance with the VIE program conditions.
