**Role Responsibilities**:

- Support the Head of EMEA Equity Trading across various deliverables
- Manage - and participate in - various business management and legal entity routines, including business governance and forums, processes, business continuity planning and market data management
- Work with functional teams on initiatives related to controls, risk management, regulatory requirements, business processes, platform and technology, among others
- Assist in the management of legal entity requirements
- Drive policy and process improvement of trading control environment (e.g. trade capture, STP, life cycle events)
- Coordinate issue remediation and integration of enterprise and regulatory deliverables
- Create management presentations, develop operating plans and measurement against KPIs

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of Global Markets / Financial Services experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be detail oriented
- Proven experience in a role that is self-directed
- Proven ability to manage timelines and display sound judgment
