The EMEA Project Director will oversee and manage large-scale projects within the Transport & Distribution industry, ensuring successful execution and alignment with strategic goals. This role will be contractually based in Europe with travel and requires expertise in logistics and project management.

Description

  • Lead and manage complex logistics projects across the EMEA region.
  • Develop and implement project plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.

Profile

The candidate can be based in Paris, Venlo, Frankfurt or the UK - the preference is for the candidate to be in Europe

A successful EMEA Project Director should have:

  • Proven expertise in project management within the Transport & Distribution industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and operations.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
