**MISSION**:

- Développer les procédures de tests au sein des laboratoires d’essais.
- Etudier et mettre en œuvre les moyens techniques afin de répondre aux besoins de test des départements engineering et assurer un niveau de qualité six sigma.
- Mettre en œuvre les nouvelles technologies du traitement du signal pour garantir l’efficacité et la fiabilité des données.
- Participer au choix des investissements, des réalisations et de la maintenance des bancs d’essais.

**TACHES**:

- Définit l’instrumentation des moyens de test.
- Met en place des systèmes de saisie de données.
- Met en place l’interface entre l’informatique et l’instrumentation des bancs d’essais.
- Suit l’évolution technique des bancs d’essais.
- Participe à la définition des futurs investissements.
- Optimise les moyens d’acquisition et de traitement du signal.
- Assure la formation des techniciens aux nouveaux moyens de test.
- Participe à la standardisation et à l’optimisation des moyens de test.
- Reporte et participe aux réunions _Tier 3 _du Laboratoire d’essais.
- Est moteur auprès des techniciens du Laboratoire d’essais dans l’utilisation des outils GEM (exemple : méthodologie de Résolution Rapide des Problèmes (RPS : rapid problem solving).
- Applique les règles HSE et 5S définies au sein du Laboratoire d’essais.
- Mène les audits 5S, sécurité dans sa section.
- Participe au Système de Management HSE et Energie (SM HSE et SMé) à travers les politiques HSE et Energie du site et les engagements annuels du site en matière de santé, sécurité, environnement et énergie
- Applique les consignes générales du site en matière de Santé, Sécurité, Environnement et Energie dans le cadre de son poste de travail ou de son secteur et pour toute situation d’urgence (accident, incendie, évacuation).
