**Rôle & Missions**

Le Head of Content pilote toute la production éditoriale et le storytelling de Tediber en travaillant en binôme avec le Head of Brand Image. Il est le garant de la cohérence des messages, de la création des campagnes de communication et de l’impact des contenus sur tous les canaux. Il en et assure leur cohérence avec la plateforme de marque et les objectifs business.

**Stratégie éditoriale & storytelling**
- Assurer la cohérence de la marque et définir ses messages de communication
- Construire et orchestrer le calendrier éditorial, aligné avec les temps forts marketing et lancements produits
- Piloter la production des contenus (articles, newsletters, campagnes, social media, vidéos )
- Garant de la bonne traduction de la plateforme de marque sur l’ensemble des prises de paroles de la marque.

**Pilotage de la communication globale**
- Collaborer avec toutes les équipes pour garantir une communication fluide, efficace et une bonne communication interne des campagnes de communication et lancements.
- Co-créer les campagnes avec le Head of Brand Image et piloter leur diffusion
- Définir des storytellings et campagnes impactantes pour les lancements produits & prises de parole stratégiques de la marque

**Management & coordination des équipes**
- Encadrer et faire monter en compétences l’équipe communication : Social Media Manager + Responsable Influence & Partenariats
- Travailler avec le pôle Créa pour créer l’ensemble des assets

**Optimisation & performance**
- Suivre les KPIs de performance des contenus et optimiser les formats
- Innover sur les formats et les narrations pour maximiser l’engagement
