**Summary**:
Hexagon MI is currently seeking to appoint an enthuiastic and motivated **Aerospace Solution Project Manager** to join our Enterprise Solution team in our St-Aubin (91) office. This role can also be based in Saint-Nazaire (44) or Rochefort (17) and will require some traveling (around 20%).

In this role, the person will be accountable for:

- Aligning project objectives with organizational goals and objectives. Including Customer Projects and R&D Projects.
- Managing and overseeing project resources, timelines, and budgets
- Follow project management methodologies, standards, and best practices across the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Pre-Sales Activities:_
Support the Solution Team along coordination of complex project in collaboration with the sales and engineering departments, in respect of the scope, costs, timeline definition.
- Post Sales & Project Management Activities:_
- Act as a project manager to oversee and track progress against project timelines, costs and scope.
- Follow the defined project management process, including Project Milestones, Delivery Notes, etc.
- Schedule and facilitate regular contacts with the delivery team to monitor progress.
- Conduct weekly meetings with customers to review progress and proactively identify/resolve risks and obstacles.
- Review and approve project milestones/deliverables, along with billing status.
- Provide weekly reporting on ongoing projects - Planning, Budget, Risk to management.
- Proactively manage Change Orders - drive Project Execution till delivery.
- Collaboration to Achieve the Project Goal:_
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to plan activities and resolve issues.
- Drive customer experience through excellent communication and relationship building with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
- Maintain positive customer relationships through effective interaction.
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing groups on product development projects.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate Engineer in mechanical, electronic, automation, or a similar field.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in project management, ideally in the field of aeronautics.
- Good knowledge of project management disciplines, methodologies, and tools.
- Ability to interact with clients at both business and technical levels.
- Excellent time management skills, prioritizing tasks, and managing assignments.
- Excellent knowledge of French language, effective communication skills in English.
- Knowledge in Aerospace Manufacturing will be highly appreciated.
- Data Analytics skills will be appreciated.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Comfortable presenting to small groups.
- Creative, analytical, and motivated.
- Works well independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to travel.
