Pourquoi ce recrutement ?

Dans un contexte de croissance soutenue, notre client cherche son/sa futur.e project manager pour accompagner la direction générale. 

Un rôle clé, riche et stimulant : être au cœur de la stratégie, piloter des projets variés et avoir un impact direct sur les ambitions de demain. 

Vos missions 

En tant que project manager, vous serez le véritable partenaire de la direction générale. Concrètement, votre quotidien sera rythmé par :

  • Accompagner la Direction dans ses réflexions stratégiques et son pilotage opérationnel.
  • Réaliser des analyses pointues : études de marché, benchmarks, analyses concurrentielles, identification de nouvelles opportunités.
  • Piloter des projets transverses : déploiement d'outils, innovations organisationnelles, solutions digitales.
  • Proposer et mettre en place des idées nouvelles pour accélérer la croissance.
  • Fédérer et accompagner les équipes projet autour d'objectifs communs.  
A propos de vous
  • Obligatoire :
    • Bac+5 (école de commerce, d'ingénieur ou équivalent).
    • 10 ans d'expérience en conseil en stratégie, entrepreneuriat ou finance.
    • Vous êtes analytique, et aimez creuser pour trouver des solutions.
    • Vous savez jongler entre vision d'ensemble et rigueur d'exécution.
    • Vous aimez travailler en équipe et savez embarquer vos interlocuteurs.
