**THE ROLE**:
Genesis Program Manager will be responsible for leading a largescale Business Process Improvement program with a strategic importance for the CMA CGM Group. The program will be deployed to Global CMA CGM Network consists of over 160 Agencies and GBS Centers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Leading a large-scale business process improvement program and program activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. The program will have 4 pillars:
Process Re-Design & Documentation

Worldwide Deployment

Monitoring

Automation

Developing a budget & operating plan for the program.

Developing an evaluation method to assess process performance and deliverables.

Managing a project team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.

Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.

Program stakeholders’ management and engagement

Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.

Analysing & minimizing program risks.

**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
Master's degree in business, engineering or related field.

Min 10 years proven experience in program management in past phased multinational organization.

Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Effective communication skills & Proven stakeholder management skills

Certificate in Project Management (PMP or Prince2) will be an added advantage.

Understanding and experience in Business Process Management methodologies (SAP Signavio & BPMN) will be an added advantage.
