As a future Financial Controller, you will report to the Responsable Business Support & Intelligence et Analytics, and you will be part of AXA IM Management Information.

Key position within the Controlling team with 2 main roles: ensuring the process of budget and strat plan for Axa IM, on one hand, and being the dedicated financial partner of the global Head of an investment platform, on the other hand.

Your role and responsibilities will include

On the BSI & Analytics team side, responsibilities will cover key aspects of the forecast / budget strat plan process
- Planning and coordination: build retro planning and organize relevant meetings with stakeholders and decision makers to ensure smooth delivery of the strat plan (quarterly)
- Modelling: in coordination with key stakeholders (sales team, expenses, tax, consolidation team), model the trajectory including UE and NI vision (monthly)
- Communication: prepare relevant materials to be discussed at AXA IM boards and with AXA Group (quarterly)

Within the Finance Business Partner team, responsible for the financial coverage of one investment platform
- Reporting on platform key indicators ensuring that the data is relevant and representative of the activity (indicators on commercial activity/revenues/cost/ C/I)
- Building and monitoring of the budget of the platform in coordination with the Global Head
- Analysis and projection on ad-hoc demand from the Global Head / COO finding the key drivers of profitability
- Participation to the launch of new products / RFP attending different committees and coordinating the different teams involved (Product Specialist/sales/pricing/Portfolio Manager) to build a profitable solution for both the client and Axa IM.

Your qualifications and experience
- 5 -10 years of experience
- Experience in asset management - Financial market
- Financial controlling
- Pack office
- Essbase / Oracle solution is a plus

Your knowledges and skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, pro activity, synthesis skills
- Capacity to interact at any level of the company from operational to top management
- Ability to negotiation
- Ability to work in global and complex organization
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English is required.
