**Context Overview**

At Universign, now part of the Signaturit Group, our mission is to simplify and secure our clients’ digital journeys. We automate and secure critical client interactions such as onboarding, customer verification, and contract signing. As part of a scale-up in the RegTech space, we develop SaaS solutions specialized in digital identity security, electronic signatures, and fraud prevention.

- Electronic Signature: digitization and automation of signing processes
- KYC & ID Verification: online identity and document verification with AI and machine learning

**What you will do at Signaturit**

To support its strong growth, Universign is recruiting a Financial Controller based in Paris La Défense. With 30M€ of ARR in France, we're looking for someone to help us manage our accounting administrative and financial issues related to our customers and suppliers.

Main responsabilities:

- Participate in the company's administrative and financial management: daily monitoring of sales, cash flow, preparation of invoices.
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable: Assist in keeping accounting records and preparing monthly financial statements in conjunction with the accountant.
- Financial analysis: Participate in the analysis of financial data, including key performance indicators (KPIs), financial ratios and financial projections, in order to provide team and corporate decision-making.
- Compliance and adherence to rules: Ensure that all activities comply with applicable financial policies, procedures and regulations, and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
- Participate in specific projects such as improving and automating our internal financial processes.

**Skills**:
Minimum 2 years of experience, with a higher education background (Master’s degree or equivalent, Bac+5) in finance, accounting, or management and at least initial experience in an accounting firm:

- You are proficient in Excel and have experience using billing tools such as Pennylane or Netsuite.
- You are trustworthy, precise, and dynamic.
- You have excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- You are organized, able to handle a variety of tasks, and meet deadlines.
- You possess a strong team spirit.
- English is mandatory: minimum level C1.
- Spanish at a minimum level of B2 is appreciated (a plus).
