We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to drive customer success, provide technical expertise, and support the deployment of our metrology and inspection solutions.

Your profile:
- Master’s degree in optics, materials science, physics or a similar field with proven experience in planning, execution, and analysis of measurement processes. A PhD is a plus.
- Experience in the field of semiconductor(-fab) would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and meet scheduled deliverables.
- Adaptable in dynamic, customer-driven environment.
- Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities
- Professional level in English
International travel is required (~20% of the time).
As part of the Application team, you will experience working with major actors in the global semiconductor industry. You will gain hands-on experience across the entire product life cycle, from pre-sales to post-sales, and interact with our R&D, engineering, manufacturing and service teams. As Application engineer your main responsibilities will include:
- Installing, testing, and validating UnitySC equipment and software both at our headquarter and customer facilities.
- Analyzing process data, troubleshooting technical issues, and proposing innovative solutions to improve performance and process efficiency
- Participating in or leading demonstrations, evaluations, and technical presentations to showcase UnitySC’s technology and value to customers.
- Supporting customer training, preparing technical documentation and BKMs, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer to local teams.
- Acting as a key link between customers and internal departments, sharing feedback to guide future product developments.
