Description du poste

SEGULA Technologies recherche un(e) Sourcing and Commodity Buyer H/F afin de nous accompagner dans le développement de l'activité achat dans le secteur de l'automobile. A ce titre, vous serez responsable de diriger les activités d'approvisionnement, y compris la sélection des fournisseurs et la négociation contractuelle.

Vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Gérer le processus complet de sourcing des fournisseurs, de l'identification des besoins jusqu'à la sélection finale.
- Négocier les contrats d'approvisionnement et les conditions commerciales avec plus de 600 fournisseurs, en veillant à obtenir les meilleurs prix, délais de livraison et conditions de paiement.
- Évaluer et analyser la performance des fournisseurs existants et recommander des actions correctives lorsque nécessaire.
- Identifier les opportunités d'optimisation des coûts et de rationalisation des processus d'approvisionnement, tout en maintenant des normes de qualité élevées.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes, notamment la production, la logistique et la qualité, pour garantir un approvisionnement efficace et sans interruption.
- Suivre les tendances du marché, les évolutions technologiques et les réglementations pertinentes pour anticiper les impacts sur les activités d'approvisionnement.

**Qualifications**:
Vous justifiez d'une expérience éprouvée en gestion des achats et de l'approvisionnement, de préférence dans un environnement industriel avec une grande variété de fournisseurs.

Vous être reconnu(e) pour vos solides compétences en négociation contractuelle et en gestion des relations fournisseurs.

Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités analytiques pour évaluer les coûts, les risques et les performances des fournisseurs.

La maitrise de l'anglais à l'oral comme à l'écrit est nécessaire pour assurer votre mission.
