You will work inside the Strategic development and Academic direction of our client, one of the prestigious culinary schools in France. You’ll work as a key resource in your department and also as a link with the others staffs and departments. You will work in the Paris (15e) offices.

KEY ROLES
- Be perfectly aware of the objectives, goals, issues and priorities of the activity of your department and ensure they are performed in accordance with the process and policies of the company.
- Assist the Director in organizing his schedule and tasks as meetings, conferences and special events, provide support for creating and finalizing PowerPoint presentations both in English and French, provides administrative support to the Director for partnership development and external collaboration activities.
- Ensure continuous support to the administrative team in the delivery of services: implementing and monitoring the creation, renewal and enrichment of educational resources, collaborating in the logístical operation of the pedagogy, evaluating and enhancing all of the institution's educational formats and resources.
- Ensures liaison with targeted work team or single point of contact person on ongoing program development, certification, qualification and other initiatives as required. Maintains updated records, reports on activities and oversight on action plans within the set timeframe.
- Resolves issues related to logistics and workflow and provides feedback and suggestions to improve efficiency of processes and procedures.

PROFILE

**Education**: Undergraduate university degree (licence, bachelor or equivalent)

**Experience**:

- At least 3 years’ related experience (Administrative assistant, Executive secretary, Office manager, etc.)
- Experience in the educational sector (Schools, University, Institute, etc.)
- Strong skills in French and English (writing and speaking)

Soft skills:

- Excellent planning, organizational and priority setting skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving ability as well as the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Be comfortable with computer tools: mails, PowerPoint, Word, reporting and planning tools, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong autonomy and team partner behaviour
