That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginablewith us. **Your role**: Under the responsibility of Martillac CTDMO Site Director, you will be the Process & Analytical Development Manager f/m and your role will be to manage and improve the efficiency of 4 teams: the process development team; the development, validation and technology transfer of analytical methods; the process validation team at laboratory level and the team of technical managers in charge of coordinating CMC activities. You will develop your teams to ensure a high level of competence and deliver a quality service, while guaranteeing compliance with the EHS rules in force. You ensure optimal management of the budget, investment and resources of the department in order to improve its profitability. You develop and optimize our service offerings in close collaboration with the sales, marketing and innovation teams. You ensure optimal management of the execution of customer projects with a view to meeting deadlines, budgets and customer satisfaction. You ensure the efficient technical transfer of processes to the final production scale (for clinical batches and commercial) by guaranteeing the right first time, compliance with deadlines and quality standards. The position is based in Martillac, France (close to Bordeaux). **Who you are**: - Engineer or Doctor in Biology/Biotechnology - Significant experience (> 10 years) in the biotechnology industry - Significant experience (> 10 years) in operational team management in process or analytical development - Proven leadership, strong ability to influence and negotiate - Able to work in a demanding, matrix and multinational environment, - Fluent in both English and French **What we offer**:We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
