Customer Service Specialist

As part of our Customer Service team, based in Libourne (33), you will support all the activities related to our French customers, reporting to the local Customer Service Coordinator.

**Main activities & accountabilities**:
Order entry and management
Order monitoring and issuing of the relevant documents (delivery notes)
Claims, complaints-management
Interface with both local sales team and customers
Cooperate and exchange information with supply chain (local and HQ)
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the proper methods/tools
Follow company procedures, guidelines and policies
Customer service for a dedicated customer portfolio.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree/Bac +3 mini
3 years of experience in Sales branch, ideally in sport and têxtile sector
French mother tongue and fluent in English both spoken and written
Knowledge of ERP systems, NAVISION or SAP will be preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Positive attitude and focus on customers
Ability to multi-task and teamwork
