**About Us**

Leonar is a thriving, self-funded SaaS company that empowers staffing agencies to scale their operations with the help of automation and AI. We help recruiters work faster and smarter, taking care of time-consuming tasks so they can focus on what they do best—building connections.

With a small, talented team of 8 based in Paris, we're looking to bring on board our first dedicated Full Stack Developer to take our product to the next level. Up until now, our founder has led product development, and with our steady growth, it's time to expand the team and bring in a technical leader to help us drive innovation and scale.

**What You’ll Do**

As our first Full Stack Developer, you’ll have a critical role in shaping the future of our product. You’ll work across both front-end and back-end, bringing your expertise and fresh ideas to enhance and evolve our SaaS platform.

Your work will include:

- **Backend Development**: Working with PostgreSQL and Python on AWS, you’ll handle database management, API integration, and ensure the backend is robust, secure, and scalable.
- **Frontend Development**: Currently, our frontend leverages no-code tools to maximize development speed. If you’re open to exploring or integrating no-code solutions, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to experiment and innovate.
- **Product Evolution**: As the technical lead, you’ll help design the architecture, build new features, and improve existing functionalities based on user feedback and market needs.

**Who We’re Looking For**

We're looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in backend development and the versatility to work across the stack. Here’s what we value:

- **Backend Expertise**: Solid experience in Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS is essential.
- **Frontend Skills**: Proficiency in front-end development is important, with openness to learning and using no-code tools to accelerate development.
- **Autonomy & Collaboration**: As part of a small, agile team, you’ll need to be self-motivated, collaborative, and comfortable taking ownership.
- **Curiosity & Innovation**: We love to experiment and hope you’ll bring curiosity and fresh ideas to the team.
- **Experience in Scaling Products**: Familiarity with SaaS products or working with early-stage companies is a plus.
