Accounting Apprentice

**1/ Job description**

Integrated within a 4-person team and under the responsibility of the financial director, you will get involved in the current life of the accounting service. During your formation, you will be accompanied in order to progressively increase your skills on the different accounting’s job aspects.

You will be in charge the accounting monitoring of one of our subsidiaries or more in addition to the parent company expense reports and business credit cards management.

Your main missions will be:

- Supplier’s invoices input and account lettering
- Bank records entry
- Bank reconciliation monitoring
- Customer’s invoices input and account lettering
- VTA statement
- Assistance in processing and validating of employee’s expense reports

**2/ Required profile**
- Formation: You are preparing a 2 or 3 years degree in accounting and searching a significative experience in alternance in order to put into practice your theoretical skills.
- Experiences: A first experience in this field represent an advantage
- Skills: You shall master the MS Office informatic tools
- Qualities: Confidentiality, privacy, thoroughness, organization, autonomous
