**About the Job**
We are looking for a EMEA Workplace Experience Manager to join Mirakl's People Team in our Paris office.You will be the key member of the workplace experience for our employees.You will contribute to nurturing our Mirakl culture and empower our values.
You will be based in Paris.
**Missions**:
- Be in charge of the workplace experience in our EMEA offices (Paris, Bordeaux, London, Munich and Barcelona) and key support for our remote workers over EMEA, Singapore, Japan.
- Manage a team of 2/3 team members
- Real Estate: in close collaboration with our Purchasing Manager and local hub leaders, roll-out search, negotiations and move for all office lease renewals or extension across Europe, according to Mirakl development.
- Facility management: monitor contracts, providers and services, to ensure a top in class experience in all our offices, in compliance with local regulations. Ensure effective space planning. Liaise with facility management projects
- Be in charge of the workplace experience budget by following closely invoicing, continuously evaluating spending and monitoring trends
- Document and keep up to date any workplace experience related processes, KPI's or projects
- Collaborate with our IT department on all office equipment and security related items
- Plan and organize internal events such as celebrations,offices activities and onboardings
- Lead Mirakl Goes Green project: Carbon Footprint assessment, compensation project, roadmap to carbon reduction
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5-year experience working in office management, preferably in a international tech startup
- Fluent in English and French, additional European languages are a plus
- Strong customer/employee facing skills
- Attention to detail, strong problem solving and organizational skills (project management, prioritization)
- Experience in team management
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in organizing onsite events and activities
- Flexible, able to adapt to a fast-scaling environment
