**En quoi consiste le job?**:
Dans un environnement innovant, nous recherchons un ou une Product Manager afin de manager l’intégralité du cycle de vie produit dans toutes ses phases : de la genèse du projet à la maturité complète.

Véritable Chef d’Orchestre, vous animez la stratégie de votre portefeuille de produits. Le besoin du client est au centre de vos préoccupations et, en relation avec nos Field Application Engineers, nos équipes Innovation, Vente et Marketing, vous traduisez les besoins de nos clients, définissez et animez les road maps associées en assurant un équilibre qualité-coût
- délais pertinent.

Vous conjuguez hauteur de vue en matière de gestion de projets, dynamisme relationnel et capacité à travailler en relation étroite avec les différents acteurs en interne. Votre vision des évolutions technologiques de nos marchés contribue à apporter de la créativité et de l’agilité à notre organisation. Reconnu-e pour votre leadership technique et relationnel, vous avez une vision stratégique des enjeux et proposez, avec nos Techno-Leaders, de nouveaux axes sur le plan technologique.

Vous l’avez compris, cette fonction requière enthousiasme, expertise technique, talent relationnel, et un sens pointu du résultat opérationnel et financier. Soitec est là pour vous permettre de développer vos talents

Vous êtes à l’aise et agile avec des acteurs et actrices de haut niveau à l’international sur des sujets techniques innovants et vous aimez aller au-devant de nos clients. Vous savez transformer une demande client en un partenariat durable où chaque partie sera convaincue de l’intérêt technologique et économique à faire route ensemble.

Votre goût pour les enjeux opérationnels, l’innovation, les technologies, votre leadership, votre aisance relationnelle, vous permettront de manager avec brio les partenariats que vous initierez en interne comme en externe
