You join our team within Global Markets Operations (derivatives, treasury, forex), you are part of the validation division of the Equity Derivatives Front Office, which is looking for a **Operations Manager**, for a fixed-term contract of one year.
This team is in charge of ensuring the correct entry of operations initiated by the front office and the accuracy of flows and other events, in compliance with the procedures and deadlines, in order to meet the needs of internal (sales, trading, accounting...) and external (clients, interbank counterparties).
On a daily basis, your job is to:
- Check and validate OTC derivative transactions on shares, indices and funds entered by the Front Office (Option, Equity Swap, Dividend Swap, Simple and Complex...);
- Confirm transactions with counterparties;
- Confirm cash flows with counterparties (premiums; dividends; coupons; performance);
- Execute flows and follow-up with the Cash Suspense division;

You are familiar with:
- Equity derivatives;
- Ideally, the Sophis Risk software package.
You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Motivated by working in a stimulating and collaborative environment;
- Customer oriented.
You master English with a B2 level.
