Job Description:
As one of Bits’ early joiners, you will be in a unique position to impact the company's development. In this role, you will act as key driver of of the French business growth.
You will support growing the sellers base across categories and grow their business on Bits; and also drive your own category (e.g: Trading Card Games) to make it a top destination on Bits.
These categories cover dozens of passions and millions of collectors in France: Pokemon cards, Funko pops, comics or sneakers - and longer-term everything passionate people need to enjoy life. We think possibilities are limitless.
You will be in charge of developing the supply side of the marketplace and growing an entire category, so we are also looking for passionate personalities committed to:
- Onboard new sellers and prepare them to go live on Bits
- Support the Country Manager and Category Managers with analytics and insights
- Join communities of collectors (on Facebook groups, Discord, forums,...) to become expert of your category
- Work with selected sellers to grow their sales on Bits
- Manage push notifications, A/B testing to optimize performance

Requirements:
- You like autonomy and flexibility but you know when to ask for help and guidance to get things done
- You are a problem solver and love to find new and better ways to reach targets
- You are excited about spending time on the phone and messenger apps with passionate collectors and sellers to understand their needs
- You know how to identify pain points and collaborate with other teams (Tech & Product) to constantly improve the experience on Bits
We are based in Paris, at WeWork Coeur Marais, but we are completely flexible regarding remote work. If you plan to work anywhere in Europe, the company will ensure you regularly come to Paris to stay in touch with the team here
